team spotlight: meet candace

Hi! I’m Can

I am an introspection, mindfulness, and self-development enthusiast. I have spent the last five years creating space for myself and others to prioritize improving overall well-being and developing a deeper connection to self.

I am most passionate about encouraging those around me to develop an unbiased perception of self and make the adjustments to become incredibly authentic and live a life full of passion and joy.

I chose to leave the corporate world in 2017 to pursue a more mindful and holistic lifestyle.  In 2018, I completed a 200-hour vinyasa-based teacher training in Wilmington, Delaware, at Tulaa Yoga Studio.  I continued my education with Reiki Level 1 and 2 Practitioner certification in 2019, 300-hour Yoga Teacher certification in 2021, and completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2022.

A customer service servant turned holistic wellness advocate, I have developed a unique perspective on how we, as a society, define success and well-being. Influenced by personal experiences and connections, I aspire to bring greater awareness to the power of personal evolution.
